1. Biz kimiz

Botdedi, işletmelerin müşteri mesajlarını ve gönderi yorumlarını tek bir gelen kutusunda yanıtlamasını sağlayan bir yazılım hizmetidir. Hizmeti Irismo Trading Limited (Lefkoşa, KKTC) sunar.

2. Veri sorumlusu

İşletme hesap bilgilerinin sorumlusu Irismo Trading Limited'dir. İşletmelerle yazışan kişilerin verisinin sorumlusu ilgili işletmedir; Irismo Trading Limited bu veriyi işletme adına işler.

3. İşlenen veriler

Mesaj ve yorum içerikleri, zamanı ve kanalı.
Kanalın verdiği ad ve kimlik bilgisi.
İşletme ekibinin adı, e-postası ve yaptığı işlemlerin kaydı.

4. Facebook ve Instagram verisi

Bağlanan Sayfa ve hesaplardan gelen mesajları ve yorumları yalnızca işletmenin bunlara yanıt vermesi ve yorumları yönetmesi için kullanırız. Reklam veya satış amacıyla kullanmayız, üçüncü kişilere satmayız.

5. Saklama ve işleme yeri

Verileriniz kendi sunucularımızda saklanır. İşletme otomatik asistanı açtıysa, cevap üretmek için mesaj içeriği yurt dışındaki sunuculara iletilir ve orada işlenir.

Görüşme kayıtları işletmenin belirlediği süre boyunca tutulur. Meta'da silinen bir yorum bizde de silinir.

6. Veri silme

Facebook veya Instagram ayarlarından uygulamanın erişimini kaldırabilirsiniz.
Facebook'un "veri silme talebi" seçeneğini kullanabilirsiniz; talebin durumu https://app.botdedi.com/meta/data-deletion/<onay-kodu> adresinde görünür.

1. Who we are

Botdedi is a software service that lets businesses answer customer messages and post comments in a single inbox. The service is provided by Irismo Trading Limited (Nicosia, Northern Cyprus).

2. Data controller

Irismo Trading Limited is the controller of business account data. For the data of people who message a business, that business is the controller; Irismo Trading Limited processes this data on the business's behalf.

3. Data we process

Message and comment content, time and channel.
Name and identifier provided by the channel.
Names and email addresses of the business's team, and a log of their actions.

4. Facebook and Instagram data

We use messages and comments from connected Pages and accounts only so that the business can reply to them and manage comments. We do not use them for advertising or sales, and we do not sell them to third parties.

5. Storage and processing location

Your data is stored on our own servers. If the business has enabled the automated assistant, message content is sent to servers abroad and processed there to generate a reply.

Conversation records are kept for the period set by the business. A comment deleted on Meta is deleted from our systems too.

6. Data deletion

You can remove the app's access in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
You can use Facebook's "data deletion request" option; the status of your request is shown at https://app.botdedi.com/meta/data-deletion/<confirmation-code>.

7. Your rights

Under the Northern Cyprus Personal Data Protection Law No. 89/2007 and, for users in Türkiye, Law No. 6698, you have the right to access your data and to request its correction or deletion. Requests: [email protected].
