Kullanım Koşulları

  1. Hizmet. Botdedi, Irismo Trading Limited tarafından işletmelere sunulan bir müşteri mesajlaşma hizmetidir.
  2. Hesap. İşletme, hesabındaki işlemlerden ve giriş bilgilerinin güvenliğinden sorumludur.
  3. Kanallar. İşletme yalnızca yönetme yetkisi olduğu hesapları bağlayabilir ve ilgili platformların kurallarına uyar.
  4. Kullanım. Hizmet istenmeyen toplu mesaj, yasa dışı içerik veya rızasız pazarlama için kullanılamaz.
  5. Otomatik asistan. Asistanın cevaplarındaki bilgilerin doğruluğundan işletme sorumludur.
  6. Ücret. İşletmenin abonelik planına ve kredi kullanımına göre.
  7. Sorumluluk. Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur; dolaylı zararlardan sorumluluk mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüde sınırlıdır.
  8. Fesih. İşletme hesabını istediği zaman kapatabilir; kurallara aykırı kullanımda hesap askıya alınabilir.
  9. Hukuk. KKTC hukuku uygulanır; Lefkoşa mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir.

  1. Service. Botdedi is a customer messaging service provided to businesses by Irismo Trading Limited.
  2. Account. The business is responsible for actions taken in its account and for keeping its login credentials secure.
  3. Channels. The business may connect only accounts it is authorised to manage, and complies with the rules of the respective platforms.
  4. Use. The service may not be used for unsolicited bulk messages, unlawful content or marketing without consent.
  5. Automated assistant. The business is responsible for the accuracy of the information in the assistant's replies.
  6. Fees. According to the business's subscription plan and credit usage.
  7. Liability. The service is provided "as is"; liability for indirect damages is limited to the extent permitted by law.
  8. Termination. The business may close its account at any time; accounts may be suspended for use that breaches these terms.
  9. Governing law. Northern Cyprus law applies; the courts and enforcement offices of Nicosia have jurisdiction.
